The Atomium was built for the Expo in 1958. It's 102m tall and has the shape of a unit cell of an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times. It has nine spheres of which you can visit 5. An elevator will bring you to the top of the Atomium, from here you can have a beautiful view of the city and Mini Europe. This is also the place where you can find the highest restaurant in Belgium. By the moving stairway you can go back down and visit the four other spheres.

Location: Square de l'Atomium, 1020 Bruxelles, Belgium.

Hi Juka! This time I was strolling through some other posts. The new Atomium is amazing; I heard there were some improvements since the last time I was there...
Have a great weekend!
