Pijnven forest is located in Hechtel-Eksel and is part of Bosland, the largest adventure forest in Flanders, Belgium. The forest is a great place for hiking, with or without children. You can find here 3 different walking routes. The Forest Residents’ Route is 2,4 km and teaches children more about the animals living in the woods. The orange route is 6,4 km and the red route is 10,3 km long.
The treehouse that you see on the pictures was built for meetings and is also located on the domain. It is equipped with eco facilities and is available for rent. More info about the threehouse you can find here:
