Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Paris

The iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Paris welcomes everyone to a world of fantasy and fun. Completed in 1992, this fairytale castle was inspired by the Neuschwanstein Castle in Southern Germany. The height of Sleeping Beauty Castle is 50.9 m, visitors can explore some of the castle's interior. When you walk through the castle you can take the stairs to the second floor. Follow the passageways and view Sleeping Beauty’s story on stained glass and tapestries.

The ground level of the castle is home to a large sleeping dragon. He occasionally awakens and puffs smoke and roars when someone passes.
