Pakawi Park, previously known as Olmen Zoo, is a great place to visit on a sunny day. You can see the animals up close and take beautiful pictures. The zoo is not very big, so you can take your time to see all the animals and let the children have fun in the playground.
Recently a new tiger enclosure was inaugurated in Pakawi Park. In de coming years, the zoo plans to gradually renovate a number of animal enclosures. Next on the list is the new monkey island for the chimpanzees.
