Alice's Curious Labyrinth

This labyrinth in Disneyland Paris is a hedge maze that can be explored at your own pace. The maze is not so difficult and is filled with characters from Alice in Wonderland. You'll see figures like the Cheshire Cat, the White Rabbit and the Red Queen. At the center of the maze is the Queen’s Castle, from the observation deck here you can see the entire labyrinth.

Alice's Curious Labyrinth is located in Fantasyland, close to Mad Hatter's Tea Cups ride.

The Land of Fairy Tales in Disneyland Paris

The Land of Fairy Tales in Disneyland Paris features a boat ride through a miniature world of classic Disney movies. Some of the settings you can see here are from Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Hansel and Gretel, and Aladdin.

The ride is located in Fantasyland, next to The Casey Jr. circus train. Passengers embark their boats via a slowly revolving platform, waiting time is usually short.

Butterfly Walk in Kattenbos

The Butterfly walk in Kattenbos introduces children in a playful way to the various stages of a butterfly. These four stages are being depicted by artist Will Beckers at different places in the forest. At each of these points is an educational explanation and assignments for children. The hiking trail is 2,2 km long and stroller friendly, in the middle of the forest is also a play area.

Spend the Night in a Luxury Treehouse

These treehouses in Raray, France, are a great idea for a family adventure or a romantic getaway. Coucoo Grands Chênes has 20 cabins to choose from, located on different heights or in various sizes.

Breathtaking Views From Harder Kulm in Interlaken

Located at 1322 m above sea level, Harder Kulm offers magnificent views of Interlaken and the surrounding area. From the Two Lakes Bridge viewing platform you can look down at Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. In the distance you can see the snowy peaks of the Swiss Alps. These peaks include the Eiger, the Mönch and the famous Jungfrau.

Besides enjoying the spectacular views from the viewing platform, you can also have a great meal at the Harder Kulm Panorama Restaurant. The building resembles a small castle, visitors can have their meals in the dinning room or on the sun terrace.

Harder Kulm can be reached by a funicular, the ride to the top is around 10 minutes. The funicular station is situated on walking distance from Interlaken-Ost railway station.

Aare Gorge: a Spectacular Alpine River Gorge

This stunning natural wonder is a must-see when visiting the Bernese Oberland region in Switzerland. Over thousand of years, the Aare river created this gorge between Meiringen and Innertkirchen. At its narrowest point the Aare Gorge is hardly more than a meter wide while the limestone rock walls reach nearly 200 m high. The widest part is around 30 m and includes a small waterfall called Schraybach.

You can visit the 1400 m long gorge on a system of paths and tunnels from either the west or east entrances. The path through the gorge is an easy walk for visitors of all ages and takes around 40 minutes. The west entrance has a large parking lot, a restaurant and a playground.
